Vanilla was established in 2007 and has since been the centre of fine dining in Antalya. Executive Chef/Owner Wayne designs his menus to reflect the seasons, using the finest local produce. A strong Italian influence is particularly evident in dishes such as tagliatelle with mushrooms, dripping in garlic butter, while the heart of Turkish cuisine is represented by lamb dishes sourced from the mountains beyond the coast, dotted with edible flowers from those high pastures.
