A bijou, impossibly chic bar across from Hadrian’s Temple that feels like an in-crowd secret. This is where Rome’s fashion set come to sip excellent cocktails (their bartenders are some of the best in the city) in plush, bear-huggy chairs. You’ll find most of the insouciant clientele wrapping their lips around the signature spritz, mixed with homemade ginger beer and a bitter liqueur made with rhubarb, in place of straight Aperol.
